My Story

I'm an AI Automation Engineer with experience building AI-powered applications, automation workflows, and full-stack products that solve real business problems. During my internship at Big Impact Products, I developed conversational AI systems, customer support automations, lead management workflows, and business process automations using OpenAI APIs, n8n, Make.com, Voiceflow, and Twilio. One of my key projects was building a full-stack AI-powered CRM platform for a retail business. The platform helped manage customer interactions, WhatsApp campaigns, customer engagement tracking, and AI-driven customer scoring. I integrated AI capabilities to analyze customer behavior, automate win-back campaigns, and support personalized customer communication, helping businesses engage customers more effectively. I have also worked on AI-based health report automation systems that generate personalized reports and insights from user data using automation workflows and LLMs. I regularly use Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to speed up development, research solutions, debug issues, and improve productivity. My interests include AI Agents, Generative AI, workflow automation, full-stack AI applications, and building products that create measurable business value. Currently, I'm looking for opportunities where I can contribute to building AI products, intelligent automation systems, and next-generation software powered by LLMs.
