Technologies
Overview
The AI-Driven Health Report Automation project was developed for Jeeva Biotech to streamline the process of generating personalized health reports. The system automatically collects user health information from form submissions, analyzes wellness metrics using AI, and generates detailed reports that are delivered directly to users through email.
Problem
Generating personalized health reports manually was time-consuming and difficult to scale as the number of users increased. Health professionals had to review form responses, calculate health scores, prepare reports, and communicate insights individually. This process created operational bottlenecks and limited the number of users that could be served efficiently.
Solution
I built an end-to-end AI automation pipeline using OpenAI API and n8n that automatically processes user-submitted health data and generates personalized health reports. The system evaluates multiple wellness dimensions, creates meaningful health insights using AI-powered analysis, and sends professionally formatted reports directly to users via email without manual intervention.
Architecture
Users submit health information through Tally forms. n8n captures and processes incoming form data. OpenAI API analyzes health metrics and generates personalized insights. Custom health scoring logic evaluates wellness across multiple dimensions. Dynamic report templates built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript generate user-friendly reports. Automated Gmail integration delivers reports directly to users.
Results
Reduced manual report generation effort by 50%. Successfully automated report creation for 100+ users. Improved scalability and report delivery speed. Enabled consistent and personalized health recommendations across multiple wellness categories.
