AI Real Estate Lead Qualification & Appointment Booking System
Built an AI-powered lead qualification and appointment booking system for real estate businesses using Voiceflow, n8n, Supabase, Twilio, and external APIs. The system automatically captures leads, qualifies prospects through conversational AI, stores data in a database, and schedules appointments without manual intervention.

Problem
Real estate businesses often receive leads from multiple channels and spend significant time manually qualifying prospects, collecting information, and scheduling appointments. This leads to delayed responses, inconsistent follow-ups, and missed opportunities.
Solution
Developed an AI-powered lead qualification workflow that interacts with prospects through a conversational chatbot. The chatbot collects essential information such as budget, location preferences, and property requirements. Qualified leads are automatically stored in Supabase, follow-up actions are triggered through n8n workflows, and appointments are scheduled without requiring manual intervention.
Architecture
The system uses Voiceflow as the conversational interface and n8n as the workflow orchestration platform. User responses are processed through AI-powered qualification logic and stored in Supabase. APIs and webhooks connect the chatbot, database, messaging services, and scheduling systems. The workflow includes lead capture, qualification, database storage, notification handling, and appointment scheduling automation.
